Every villa page has a "Check availability & book" button that opens the home's booking page, run by Sterling Point. Live availability and nightly pricing are there and only there, so they're always current.

What booking direct means
- You deal with the on-island manager before and during your stay.
- Requests that don't fit a form (a chef, provisioning, a longer stay) go straight to us.
- Fewer layers between you and the house.
What it doesn't mean
A secret rate. Availability and pricing on the booking page are the numbers we work from. Booking direct means fewer layers, not a trick.
Chef, provisioning and more
Every one of our homes can arrange these through the on-island team that runs it. Ask when you inquire; what it costs depends on the dates and the group, and we quote it upfront.

If you’re coming to st croix and have a small family this place is really perfect. Perched beautifully on a hillside with sweeping ocean views. Joleigh was fantastic and super helpful to us and we will absolutely stay here when we come back. Thanks for making this a great vacation
This house has everything, to include modern appliances, ice maker, flat grill, large washer/dryer, 65–85 inch TVs throughout, all make a perfect vacation for large/multiple families. Rich and staff are super accommodating and great host!
Absolutely stunning! We had the best time! Our host Jolie was amazing!! The house was perfect for us and spacious! The beach was beautiful and relaxing and we even got to watch surfers every morning! We didn’t have small children but for anyone who does, this beach is not really swimmable due to rockiness and intense waves due to this end of the island being very breezy! This beach front home was perfect for our group of 6 (3 adult couples). The house is situated steps from the beach (just down a short path) with a lovely pool and patio area with plenty of seating. The home is very clean and well appointed. We found everything we needed. We would love to return.
5/5 This place was perfect for a family of four. Plenty of space and stunning views. The area is safe. Bedrooms are a good size and provide plenty of dresser and closet space. The kitchen was well equipped, and the complimentary sunscreen, after-sun products, and bug spray were an unexpected but wonderful surprise. There are some insects, but it’s the tropics and was expected, and it did not interfere with our enjoyment of the place. Saint Croix was one of our favorite family vacations. Although you can enjoy the view all day, I recommend waking up and making a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise above the pool and ocean view. The bedrooms were good sized and all had large windows with views of the ocean. Nothing is too far on this island so no issues driving to restaurants or grocery stores. Rich did guide us from the airport to the Airbnb when we first arrived which helped us get accommodated to driving on the left side of the road.
What a great house, and what a great location! The house was perfect, with a great outdoor porch we spent a lot of time on. The beach is through the backyard, but still plenty of privacy. Rich was amazing and super helpful! Hoping to return soon!
