Why St. Croix
The largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands: about 22 miles long and seven wide, with a dry, cactus-scrub East End, a rainforest west end, two Danish-built towns and a reef national monument a boat ride off the coast. It is U.S. soil, so U.S. citizens fly in without a passport, spend U.S. dollars, use their own phones and clear no foreign customs on the way home.

Where each home sits, and what's near it
Homes across a 22-mile island: beachfront on The Shoys, private oceanfront on the East End, hilltop villas facing Buck Island, and one on the calm, sunset-facing west coast. Every beach, dive site and town on the map links to a guide.
The island, by experience
A marine national monument you snorkel, a wall you dive from the beach, a bay that glows at night, and the first sunrise in the United States. Each card opens a guide that helps you plan it.

The home was warm and welcoming. A very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and a great family-oriented neighborhood. Will again and also recommend to others.
The Cerulean was beautiful and the views stunning. Rich was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had.

The Cerulean was a beautiful place to stay! It met our needs and we truly enjoyed our stay!
If you’re coming to st croix and have a small family this place is really perfect. Perched beautifully on a hillside with sweeping ocean views. Joleigh was fantastic and super helpful to us and we will absolutely stay here when we come back. Thanks for making this a great vacation

The same house, booked with the people who run it
Book any of the homes directly with Sterling Point: on-island management before and during your stay, a person who knows every one when you're choosing, and requests that don't fit a form (a chef, provisioning, two homes for one group) handled by us.

Nonstop flights to St. Croix
St. Croix is U.S. soil, so the flight down is a domestic hop — no passport for U.S. citizens and no foreign customs. Five U.S. gateways fly nonstop into Henry E. Rohlsen (STX), plus quick Cape Air, JetBlue and Fly The Whale hops from the neighbouring islands — and Seaborne's seaplane lands right in Christiansted Harbor. Hover a carrier to trace its route.
Direct to the other islands.
- San Juan, PR SJUYear-round
- St. Thomas, USVI STTYear-round
- Nevis NEVSeasonal
San Juan is the island's main connecting hub — flights from farther south (and from Panama City) meet you there, then it's a short hop across.
Which flights are seasonal.
- Miami is the only year-round nonstop — American flies it daily.
- Newark begins Saturdays Oct 31, 2026 — the first New York-area nonstop in over 30 years.
- Charlotte, Chicago & Atlanta are winter service (Chicago Saturdays from Dec 5; Charlotte Saturdays from Nov 7, daily from Dec 17; Atlanta Saturdays from Nov 14, daily-except-Monday from Dec 19).
- Fort Lauderdale no longer has a nonstop — Spirit ceased operations in May 2026. South Florida flies from Miami.
- Nevis (Cape Air) flies Fridays & Sundays.
Routes re-verified August 2026 (gotostcroix.com and the carriers). Spirit Airlines ceased operations in May 2026 and its Fort Lauderdale nonstop ended with it. Schedules shift by season — confirm with the airline when you book. Airline names and marks identify the carriers that serve each route.
Tell us the dates and the group
We'll suggest the right home, or two. Booking and pricing live on each home's page; this is for questions, groups across homes, longer stays and anything that doesn't fit a form.
