About Shoy's Beach House
Shoy's Beach House is a six-bedroom, six-bath villa inside the gated Estate Shoys community just east of Christiansted, with The Shoys beach through the back garden. The layout is the thing guests mention most: five private bedroom suites open onto a central courtyard, so couples and families traveling together each get their own door. A January 2026 guest with a family of ten called it "a perfect layout for couples or friends traveling together."
The main villa sleeps up to ten. A separate one-bedroom cottage on the property brings the total to twelve, and the listing is clear that the cottage is an add-on: it has to be requested and paid for separately, and it is not included automatically however many guests you enter. Ask us before you book if you need it.
Outside: a private pool, a hot tub, a covered gallery for meals, kayaks, cornhole and a flat-top grill. Inside: a full kitchen with an ice maker and large televisions throughout. Guests have called the house "immaculate on arrival" and the beachfront setting the reason they would come back. A private chef, butler and grocery stocking are available on request.

Is the beach right there?

What a great house, and what a great location! The house was perfect, with a great outdoor porch we spent a lot of time on. The beach is through the backyard, but still plenty of privacy. Rich was amazing and super helpful! Hoping to return soon!

What a lovely property. If you want casual luxury on the beach, this is your place. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable en suite bedrooms. Pool and hot tub were excellent and were well maintained. Grill and Blackstone spotless. Excellent laundry room facilities. (Guard chicken and patrol kitty cat no upcharge. Just kidding. Chickens run free on the island and you just might find one who gives you free range eggs as she did for us.). Seriously, one of the most lovely places I’ve ever been. Glad for our family memories here.
What a wonderful property. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, with access to Shoy's Beach. It was absolutely lovely. Very responsive property manager, very comfortable beds and rooms, very complete kitchen. Pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Overall, an excellent experience.

The five en suite bedrooms situated off a beautiful courtyard offers a perfect layout for couples or friends traveling together, especially our family of 10. A few hiccups upon arrival were corrected immediately after notification. The kids enjoyed the pool, kayaks and playing cornhole, while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the large porch with an ocean view. Many fruit trees and flowering plants are identified on the property. One note - stay clear of the machineel trees along the beach and east property line.…

We absolutely loved our stay at Shoy’s Beach House. The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos — the bedrooms opening to the courtyard, the beach just steps away, and the pool made it perfect for us. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and comfortable, and everything was spotless on arrival. Communication before and during our stay was easy, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. We can’t wait to come back!
