A July 2025 guest gives the honest picture: the pool "was a hit for all (kids and adults)," the outside entry room suited the teens, the two main bedrooms were well equipped, and the view from the deck takes in Buck Island and the sunrise. The same review notes that the beach in front is for walking rather than swimming, because of rocks and coral, and that water pressure and internet bandwidth are limited. Plan showers and streaming around that.

Absolutely stunning! We had the best time! Our host Jolie was amazing!! The house was perfect for us and spacious! The beach was beautiful and relaxing and we even got to watch surfers every morning! Although you can enjoy the view all day, I recommend waking up and making a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise above the pool and ocean view. The bedrooms were good sized and all had large windows with views of the ocean. Nothing is too far on this island so no issues driving to restaurants or grocery stores. Rich did guide us from the airport to the Airbnb when we first arrived which helped us get accommodated to driving on the left side of the road.

We spent 7 days at this property affectionately labeled "Toes in the Sand". It is an amazing property. We loved the large open living area with a gorgeous pool and ocean view. We have stayed in the Judith Fancy area countless times. This was our first time at Toes in the Sand Beach House. It didn't disappoint. Communication with the host was seamless. There was an issue with one of the rooms and the host quickly attempted to resolve. The location is perfect, just minutes away from many activities. We had a great time in st.criox . The weather was gorgeous, and this house has the most amazing views!! You are right next to the public access to the beach out back which was awesome. Kids really enjoyed the pool and we had enough room for our party of 8. Great central location to everything we wanted to do on the island. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. House was very well stocked with all the essentials and the grocery stores were a quick trip away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for an Airbnb on the island.

Each morning, we enjoyed watching surfers take the waves. The bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The house is easily drivable to the island's best restaurants and shopping. Our contacts at the house were always responsive. They were even able to provide a new dryer when it was found not to be working (malfunctioning appliances is very common occurrence on the island).
